I am responsible for the direction and delivery strategy of Launchspace Academy’s talent development programme. I provide thought leadership and apply sound management principles to ensure excellence in instructional delivery, program continuity, and talent success.
Before joining Launchspace, I was the technical leader in New Zealand for IBM Cloud Software and Digital Innovation. A frequent speaker in conferences, I drove thought leadership in software innovation best practices, and helped my customers to deliver higher quality software innovation to business sooner, and with lower costs and risks. I was responsible for managing technical relationships across IBM, business partners and customers in the country, leading presales engagements, and building technical capabilities in NZ. I was also an adjunct lecturer at Unitec Institute of Technology for their Graduate Diploma in Computing program. I founded Agile and Lean Software Delivery paper, and Cloud Application Design and Development paper.
My unique differentiators are my international consulting experience (US, Greater China, Australia, NZ) in enterprise scale innovation projects; my proven ability to achieve results across management, sales, and delivery roles; and my ability to understand and communicate business issues and technical solutions.
